Delivery and payment

Delivery

All products are digital files. After receipt of payment we send a download link to the email address you entered in your order – usually within 24 hours on working days, at the latest after two working days. There is no postal delivery and there are no shipping costs. The link is valid for at least 14 days; write to us if you need it again.

Countries

We supply customers in all EU countries, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the USA and Canada. Unfortunately we cannot sell to consumers in the United Kingdom; business customers from the United Kingdom are welcome.

Payment

Payment is made in euros, either via PayPal or via Stripe. PayPal converts the amount into your currency if necessary; depending on what PayPal offers, you can also pay there by direct debit or credit card, in some cases without your own PayPal account. Via Stripe you pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit and more without a customer account; you enter your payment details only on Stripe’s payment page.

Prices

All prices are final prices. VAT exempt under § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation) – no VAT is charged.

No download received?

Please check your spam folder first. If nothing has arrived after two working days, write to us at sunfieldshops@gmail.com and quote the transaction number from PayPal or Stripe.
