2. Overview
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not load fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers. Only when you order does your browser remember for this session, in its session storage (sessionStorage), that you agreed to immediate delivery, so that the payment page appears only after this consent. The entry never leaves your device and is deleted when you close the tab. We only process data to deliver the website, to handle your order and to process a withdrawal.
3. Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser and system information, referrer) to deliver the page and fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process; according to Cloudflare, such transfers are based on the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
4. Order via Cloudflare Workers KV and payment with PayPal
When you click “Order with obligation to pay” on the order summary, the product, price, your country, your email address, the language of the shop and your consent to early performance are sent to us via Cloudflare Workers KV (Cloudflare, Inc., see section 3) and stored there. We need your country to apply the correct rules for digital sales (including VAT thresholds) and your email address to send the download link. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
Only when you then click “Continue to PayPal” are you forwarded to PayPal’s payment page. No connection to PayPal is established beforehand, and no PayPal script is embedded on our website. The provider is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. PayPal is responsible for processing on its pages; information at paypal.com/legalhub/privacy-full.
After payment, PayPal sends us the data needed to process the order: name, email address, possibly address, product purchased, amount, date and transaction number. We use it to send you the download link and order confirmation, answer queries and fulfil our legal obligations (e.g. bookkeeping). Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations). If no payment follows, we delete the order details after 30 days.
5. Online payment via Stripe
If you choose “Order with obligation to pay – card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA & more” at checkout, you will be redirected to Stripe’s payment page. The provider is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland (“Stripe”). Data is transferred to Stripe only once you click this button; before that, this website does not load any content from Stripe. Stripe processes the data you enter there (name, optionally company name, email address, billing address, payment details such as card number or IBAN), the amount and the product purchased, as well as technical data about your device (for example your IP address), in order to process the payment, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
We do not receive card numbers or other complete payment details. From Stripe we receive your name, company name if provided, email address, billing address, amount, product and payment status in order to send you the download link and issue the invoice. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract and pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (statutory retention obligations under Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO) and Section 14b of the German VAT Act (UStG)). Stripe itself is responsible for fraud prevention and for complying with its own regulatory obligations.
Stripe may transfer data to affiliated companies, in particular to Stripe, Inc. in the USA. According to Stripe, such transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses. If you pay with Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay or by SEPA Direct Debit, the respective providers additionally process data in accordance with their own privacy notices. On its payment page, Stripe uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for secure payment and fraud prevention; this website itself still does not set any cookies. Stripe’s privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
6. Email contact and delivery
We send the download link by email. If you write to us, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Download files are provided via a time-limited link.
7. Withdrawal via the online function
If you use the “Withdraw from contract” page, your name, order details and email address are sent to us via Cloudflare Workers KV (Cloudflare, Inc., see section 3) and stored there so that we can process your withdrawal and confirm receipt. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with § 356a BGB. We delete the form data at Cloudflare once the withdrawal has been processed; we keep the documents relating to the refund like order data.
8. Storage period
We keep order and invoice data for as long as German commercial and tax law requires (usually six to ten years). We delete other data as soon as it is no longer needed.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please write to sunfieldshops@gmail.com.
10. Products
The renovation calculator is an HTML file that runs entirely on your device. It only stores your projects in your browser’s local storage, makes no internet connection and sends no data to us or third parties. The renovation folder is a PDF file without online functions.
